Direct to Garment Printing or DTG Printing is a process in which the design is directly printed on the garment using White and Pigment inks. The printers are most advanced that the entire process of printing is done in few mins.
This method of printing is greatly useful for printing photographic images or a few pieces of a design. Say if you need 5 T-Shirts for an event with your company logo which has got more colours, DTG printing is the most simplest solution wherein you will get the custom printed T-Shirts almost an hour time.

Direct to Garment Process
Step 1:
Once your order is received, your design is reviewed for optimum quality by experts. Then it will be passed on for processing of the order. Make sure to have highest print resolution for better print quality (Minimum 150 DPI required)
Step 2:
The garment is pre-coated in our state of art pre treatment unit which is optimum for the fabric used and on the print area. We minimise the heat press marks using hot air system, though minor heat press mark will be visible because of 10 seconds press before printing.

Step 3:
Your order is printed on the advanced DTG Printer in our unit and handed over to accessories and QC.
Step 4:
Once printed, your product is decorated with the ordered accessories and then packed for dispatch. Dispatched goods will arrive at your doorsteps via our courier partners.
